YM PRESTIGE / YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, with
consideration.
We want booking enquiries to be clear, straightforward and respectful of your personal information.
Who we are
YM Prestige provides fun casino entertainment in and around London. Before launch, the business must add its exact legal entity name and a monitored privacy-contact email here. For initial enquiries you can contact @ymprestige.ldn.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, event date, event type, location, approximate number of guests (if supplied), selected tables, session length, requested extras and any additional message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your proposed event, respond to you, prepare a personalised quote and discuss arrangements. We do not take card payments or process real-money gambling through this website.
How your enquiry is handled
This website is designed to run on Cloudflare Pages. When enabled, the enquiry form sends a message via a transactional email provider (Resend) to the booking email address configured by YM Prestige. Those providers may process the information to deliver and secure the service. We do not publish your enquiry details.
Website storage and third parties
The website remembers whether you have seen its animated welcome during the current browser session. It does not currently include an advertising pixel or analytics tracker. Webfonts may be requested from Google Fonts; network-level security and hosting information may be processed by Cloudflare.
Retention and your rights
YM Prestige should keep enquiry details only for as long as necessary for responding, arranging an event and meeting applicable legal obligations. The precise retention schedule needs to be confirmed before publication. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data where applicable under UK data protection law.
Questions
Please contact YM Prestige using the details provided on the website, or via Instagram until a dedicated email contact has been added. This draft notice should be reviewed and completed before going live.
